Tasks:
1. Implement and apply the university's financial and administrative systems and regulations.
2. Oversee the execution of administrative and financial activities within the college to ensure effective performance.
3. Implement and evaluate various work programs related to the college's financial and administrative functions.
4. Prepare the college's budget in coordination with relevant organizational units and the university's financial affairs department.
5. Coordinate with the university's purchasing department to secure the necessary materials, equipment, and services for the college.
6. Work with the university's warehouse department to manage the college's warehouse, including storing necessary stationery and library materials in accordance with established rules and procedures.
7. Collaborate with the Deanship of Human Resources to monitor employee attendance and other related operations.
8. Address the needs of academic departments and organizational units for items stored in the college warehouse, ensuring there is no surplus or shortage.
9. Coordinate with the university's transportation and movement department to provide transportation services to all organizational units in the college as per applicable instructions and procedures.
10. Participate in assessing the needs for human resources, equipment, and materials, and follow up on their provision.
11. Identify training needs for administration employees to recommend them for suitable training programs.
12. Prepare periodic reports detailing the administration’s activities, achievements, and suggestions for performance improvement.
13. Undertake any other tasks assigned within the scope of the position.
